In case you have not received the invitation to join the platform by email, you can contact the CloudLabs team or the administrator of the active subscription.


In case you want to contact the CloudLabs team, you can do so by checking the following link that will take you to an article with the contact information of the service desk: If I have an issue with the platform, how can I contact you?


In case you want to communicate directly with the administrator of the subscription, you must know who this person is or you can contact one of our Manager Account, who will also provide support for this information.
