I can't see my students' grades in the Learning Platform

In case of not being able to see the grades it can be due to several factors, among them those listed below:

• The student or student performed the practical, but for some reason, did not wait long enough for the simulator to generate the lab report in .pdf, and the grade to be sent to the teacher's Grade Dashboard.
• Grades are being filtered through the “Status” option as “No records” or “Retry”.
• Grades are being filtered through parameters that do not allow grades to be displayed, such as an area containing simulation that the student(s) did not take, lab, incorrect date period, subscription, or different group.
