In the event that students performed a laboratory practice through the institution's LMS, but neither the report nor the grade is displayed on the teacher's Dashboard on the CloudLabs platform nor in the LMS's grade manager, it may be due to several factors, including:
- Internet connection problems that prevent the report in .pdf and the grade from being sent to the teacher's Dashboard.
- The student performed the practice, but for some reason, did not wait long enough for the simulator to generate the laboratory report in .pdf, and the grade to be sent to the teacher's grade Dashboard.
- The machine where the practice was performed does not meet the minimum requirements to run CloudLabs laboratories.
- The external tool in the LMS is not configured to receive grades in the grade manager.
- The simulator is not sending grades. In this case, it is important to review with the CloudLabs team and validate the incident.
