Unable to access the platform "The connection is not private"

If you get the “The connection is not private” message, it may be due to the following factors:


  • Inadequate configuration of the network from which you are trying to access the CloudLabs platform.
  • Micro interruptions in the service. This can occur in very short periods of time and is usually resolved as soon as possible by our engineering team.
  • The browser is outdated.
  • The operating system of the device is obsolete.
