I can't license my computer with email and password in the CloudLabs application.

In case you are trying to license your equipment through the CloudLabs application with email and password, you should be aware of the following points:


  • The login service via mail and password is not enabled.
  • You can only license the device with a classroom license, generated by the CloudLabs team.
  • The email and password you use to access through the Learning Platform are not valid for access through the CloudLabs application. Applies to devices with Windows, macOS and Android operating systems.
  • The email and password you use to access your institution's LMS are not valid for access via the CloudLabs app.
