I cannot update a simulator or learning unit in the CloudLabs application

Sometimes, when a resource is uploaded back to production, an orange button appears next to the “Open” and “Uninstall” options in the CloudLabs application. When this button does not appear it can be for two reasons:


  • The lab has not been upgraded and is still running its current version.
  • The CloudLabs application has not connected to the internet or has not synchronized to take the data from the server to verify if the lab was updated or not.
