The simulator does not generate a report in the Learning Platform

When the simulator does not generate a lab report, even if all the minimum requirements are met on the device where I am accessing, it may be because the lab has programming errors.


In that case you can contact the CloudLabs team. You can do so by checking the following link that will take you to an article with the contact information of the service desk: If I have any problem with the platform, where can I contact them?
