In case you are trying to access CloudLabs, using a device with Android operating system through the LMS of your institution, and the simulator does not allow its opening, it may be due to the following factors:
- The browser from which you are downloading the .apk that generates the Learning Platform, does not have storage permissions.
- The device does not have the “Install unknown sources” permission set in its configuration.
- The device's operating system is outdated or lacks updates.
- The user does not provide elevated permissions to install the downloaded .apk.
