I don't see any usage metrics in the Learning Platform

In case that in the “Dashboard” option in the Learning Platform you do not see metrics in the indicators of “Total time of use of the portal”, “Average practice time”, “Total time of use of all labs”, “Average time of use of the portal per student”, “Access to resources”, “Active students”, it may be due to the following factors:

• The institution has no invited student, faculty or director users.
• Users were invited, but have not logged into the platform to activate their account and make use of the laboratories.
• The student users have not performed any practicum.
• Student users have not accessed any resources.
• Student users have performed labs, but have not generated lab reports that allow visualizing the .pdf of the report and the grade in the teacher's Dashboard.
• There is no percentage of progress in the labs established in the learning paths.
• The average grade of the labs is very low.
• The percentage of completion of the labs is very low.
