In case you cannot establish connection between the classroom management computer and the students' computers, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The devices are not connected to the same network.
- There is no configuration file in C://CloudLabs/aula_conf.xml.
- The aula_conf.xml file does not contain the static IP address of the classroom manager device.
- The aula_conf.xml file does not have the classroom configuration set to true.
- The aula_conf.xml file does not have the network communication port configured to send and receive student reports.
- The classroom manager device does not have static IP addressing configured.
- The classroom management device was assigned a static IP address already used previously by another device in the classroom.
- There is a previously configured firewall or proxy server on the network, preventing the devices from communicating.
