I cannot link the classroom manager to the student computers in the classroom

In case you cannot establish connection between the classroom management computer and the students' computers, it may be due to one of the following reasons:


  • The devices are not connected to the same network.
  • There is no configuration file in C://CloudLabs/aula_conf.xml.
  • The aula_conf.xml file does not contain the static IP address of the classroom manager device.
  • The aula_conf.xml file does not have the classroom configuration set to true.
  • The aula_conf.xml file does not have the network communication port configured to send and receive student reports.
  • The classroom manager device does not have static IP addressing configured.
  • The classroom management device was assigned a static IP address already used previously by another device in the classroom.
  • There is a previously configured firewall or proxy server on the network, preventing the devices from communicating.
