I cannot access the CloudLabs application with the users created in the classroom manager

In case you have created the users with teaching or student role in the classroom management team, and this user proceeds to login to each of the devices, but the CloudLabs application does not allow it, it may be due to a conflict in the IP addressing, however, you can check any of the following causes that may lead to this incident:

  • The aula_conf.xml file is configured incorrectly, both in IP address, port, classroom enablement and location of the file itself.
  • The devices are not connected to the same network.
  • IP addressing conflicts in the network, where the classroom management device is assigned a previously used IP address or where the address of this device is not static.
  • Incorrect credentials.
  • The user does not exist in the classroom manager.
