In case you cannot receive reports in the classroom management system, it may be due to a network conflict in the most of the cases, however, you can check some of the following causes that may lead to this incident:
- The aula_conf.xml file is configured incorrectly, both in IP address, port, classroom enablement and location of the file itself.
- The classroom management device does not have static IP addressing.
- If the user who generated the report is already registered in the classroom manager and generated the report, but it does not arrive, you can verify the addition of this user in a group where students and teachers are located.
- Verify that the group where the user is located has assigned areas.
