When the user who enters the Learning Platform with the Independent Teacher role cannot access the laboratories, it may be due to the following factors:
- The user does not have an active subscription.
- The area they are trying to access is not included in their active subscription.
- The areas purchased are separated by subscriptions, so the information for the area of the first subscription will be provided. In the latter case, you can contact the service desk team to adjust these laboratories, topics or areas in the other subscriptions.
